Well, we finally bit the bullet and made the big
move to the big girl bed. I wanted to take care
of this landmark with plenty of time before the
new baby came. When Avery saw her crib being dismantled
she was very upset, but when the new bed
came into sight she was nothing
but excitement! Two nights down and she has done a
great job sleeping. After installing a
pool noodle under her sheet (thank Lori) to hold her in, we
have had no more falls. It makes me teary
to think that my baby is no longer
sleeping in a crib.
Wow, does she look little in that big bed!
We had to fill up the extra space with every pillow
and comfy we could find.

at last a picture of the big girl bed! Grace was so excited to see it. I think she wants to come over and see it in person too!
You weren't kidding when you said big girl bed! It's huge! She looks so proud :)
